Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
